Really sorry to make another post here so fast. I want to start toying with eye shadow and know next to nothing about it. First off I really want to try this look. As laughable and embarrassing as it is to ask for such a SIMPLE look...what colors and technique do I use to pull off this look? (sorry in advance for crappy quality)

I always have this problem with smudging eye make-up and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I just have extra fatty Asian eyelids that like to eat up all my makeup. So I have Blonde eyebrows, and I want to start using some pencil in them but EVERY color of "dark blonde" brow pencil is like... a really warm, almost orangey light brown color? it looks so stupid on me, my eyebrows and hair are a ashy COOL toned blonde :( help! any products come to mind?
